(hereinafter referred to as China Railway Shenyang Bureau) that the (100+100) meter cable-stayed T-beam of the Liutiaohu Extra Large Bridge on the Shenbai high-speed railway has been successfully rotated. On the day of construction, under the action of the continuous traction jack system, after 81 minutes of intense construction work, the beam body was accurately positioned after rotating clockwise 45 degrees. The Liutiaohu Extra Large Bridge is a key control project for the entire Shen Bai high-speed railway line, with a total length of 1239.65 meters. The weight of the rotating beam this time is 18000 tons. After the rotation, one side of the beam crosses four high-speed railway lines, and the other side crosses the north-south expressway in Shenyang. To avoid affecting the normal operation of railways and highways, the Liutiaohu Extra Large Bridge adopts a construction plan of "building the bridge first and then turning it around". The construction unit overcame unfavorable factors such as the proximity of railways and highways, and the narrow working site, and first carried out on-site support pouring. After the upper structure of the bridge was completed, the plane rotation construction method was used for rotation. It is understood that the construction of the cable-stayed T-beam rotation project in this project involves a large amount of rotation, and the main beam plane of this bridge is located on a curve with a radius of 600 meters, which puts higher requirements on the accuracy control and safety guarantee of the rotation. More than 100 on-site staff use an intelligent monitoring system to monitor and adjust the key section stress, bridge end displacement, rotation speed, spatial position, wind speed, traction force and other related parameters of the rotating beam in real time, timely grasp the working status and progress of the rotating beam, and ensure accurate control of various parameters of the rotating beam. To ensure the smooth completion of the bridge's rotation, China Railway Shenyang Bureau has increased its management efforts in construction interface, process connection, and operation time, continuously optimizing the construction plan, organizing participating units to conduct simulated rotation construction in advance, ensuring that the rotation operation is orderly, safe, and controllable, and minimizing the impact on existing railway operations. The construction of the Shenbai high-speed railway is an important component of China's medium - and long-term railway network, as well as a major high-speed railway project in the Northeast region during the 14th Five Year Plan period. It is reported that in addition to the successful completion of the rotation construction, construction projects such as the renovation of the contact network and signal equipment in the high-speed yard of Shenyang North Station have also been completed, laying a solid foundation for the next step of the construction of the Shenbai high-speed railway main track project.
