Looking back at the development process of China Australia relations over the past 10 years, the most important lesson is to adhere to mutual respect, seeking common ground while reserving differences, and mutually beneficial cooperation. Since the visit of the Premier to China in November last year, dialogue and cooperation in various fields between China and Australia have further resumed and developed, and the relationship between the two countries has achieved a comprehensive turnaround. China is willing to work with Australia to maintain and develop the current hard won positive momentum of bilateral relations, and work together to build a more mature, stable, and fruitful comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Australia, better benefiting the people of both countries.
Li Qiang pointed out that the essential feature of China Australia relations is mutual benefit and win-win, and the development of China Australia is an opportunity rather than a challenge for each other. China is willing to adhere to the positioning of a comprehensive strategic partnership with Australia, make good use of mechanisms such as the China Australia Strategic Economic Dialogue, continuously expand trade scale, actively expand cooperation in new energy vehicles, renewable energy generation and other fields, and strengthen local, cultural and tourism exchanges and cooperation. We hope that the Australian side can provide a fair, just, and non discriminatory business environment for Chinese enterprises, and provide more convenience for personnel exchanges between both sides. China is willing to strengthen coordination and cooperation with Australia at the regional and international levels, starting from maintaining regional peace and stability, opposing factional confrontation and the "new cold war", adhering to openness, inclusiveness, and common development, and working together to promote regional economic integration and build an open world economy.
Albanese stated that the Australian side is pleased to see that the current Australia China relationship is stabilizing and improving. The Australian side supports China's development and prosperity, highly appreciates China's significant contributions to the world's poverty reduction cause, and is willing to maintain dialogue and communication with China. Taking the celebration of the 10th anniversary of Australia China's establishment of a comprehensive strategic partnership as an opportunity, we will deepen cooperation in areas such as economy and trade, energy, culture and culture, environmental protection, and climate change response, strengthen exchanges between the legislative bodies of the two countries, prevent differences from defining bilateral relations, and promote the continuous improvement and development of Australia China relations. Welcome more Chinese students and tourists to study and travel in Australia.
The two prime ministers unanimously agreed to adhere to the positioning of the China Australia comprehensive strategic partnership, consolidate the momentum of improvement and development of China Australia relations, and jointly maintain regional and world peace, stability, and prosperity.
