On June 13th, the 25th National Annual Conference on Prosecutorial Theory Research and the Annual Conference of the Prosecutorial Studies Research Association of the Chinese Law Society closed in Changchun, Jilin Province. Chen Guoqing stressed that in the process of promoting Chinese path to modernization, we should continue to deepen the research on basic procuratorial theory and procuratorial application theory, continue to expand the socialist procuratorial theory system with Chinese characteristics, focus on building a modern research pattern, precisely implement high-quality research results, improve the quality and efficiency of the whole process of research, and promote the modernization of procuratorial theoretical research in the process of procuratorial modernization.
