Recently, the Hainan Provincial Party Committee held a provincial-level warning education meeting to report and analyze typical cases of violations of discipline and law, as well as the situation of disciplinary review work. The meeting aimed to promote the use of cases to explain morality, discipline, responsibility, and accountability; The Guizhou Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision has selected 8 typical cases of serious violations of discipline and law that have been investigated and dealt with in recent years, and produced a special warning education film titled "The Greatest Achievements for the People", deeply exposing the serious political harm caused by incorrect views on political achievements; The Zhejiang Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision has produced a warning education film on typical cases of disciplinary violations by provincial officials and young cadres, and has carried out warning education in a hierarchical and classified manner. Various regions have conscientiously implemented the requirements of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, innovated warning education methods, deeply analyzed typical cases, and carried out the "four explanations of cases" to promote the formation of a social atmosphere of integrity, honor, and shame. A typical case of violation of discipline and law is the best wake-up call and a constant alarm. We need to further tap into case resources, implement the "four explanations based on cases", enhance the targeted and effective nature of warning education, so that party members and cadres can be alerted, have a clear bottom line, and be respected, achieving a comprehensive effect of investigating and punishing one case, warning one area, and governing one area. There are painful lessons in typical cases of violations of discipline and law, and the cost cannot be paid in vain. Typical cases should be used as a "living textbook" for warning education. Strengthening the punishment and deterrence, punishment and rescue, and education and vigilance functions of typical cases can not only make party members and cadres aware of the depth and cost of corrupt behavior, but also generate greater impact and trigger stronger vigilance. We should make full use of typical cases and cases around us to provide practical and detailed warning education for similar situations at the same level. Through the "four explanations of cases", we should guide party members and cadres to abandon the mentality of being a bystander, put themselves in, put their responsibilities in, and put their work in. From the perspectives of morality, discipline, law, and responsibility, we should think about typical cases and cases around us, and enhance our ideological and behavioral awareness of morality, discipline, law abiding, and responsibility.
