We need to enhance our sense of initiative in fulfilling our duties, actively promote the front line and prevent diseases through judicial suggestions, work consultations, and other means. To summarize and publish typical cases involving employment disputes, guide employees to protect their rights in accordance with the law, promote standardized business operations, and strive to resolve employment disputes invisibly. Efforts should be made to increase the storage of labor dispute cases and the answering of questions on the "Legal Answering Network", unify judgment standards, and enhance judicial capabilities. The meeting discussed guidelines for the governance of litigation sources, requiring the consolidation and expansion of thematic education achievements, continuous implementation of litigation source governance, greater efforts to promote the prevention and resolution of conflicts and disputes at the source, and promote the comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized country on the track of the rule of law.
