Zaparov said that the China Kyrgyzstan Uzbekistan Railway is the flagship project of the three countries to jointly build the "the Belt and Road". When completed, it will become a new transport line from Asia to Europe and the Persian Gulf countries, which is of great significance to promoting connectivity and strengthening economic and trade exchanges between countries along the line and the whole region. The China Kyrgyzstan Uzbekistan Railway starts from Kashgar, Xinjiang and enters Uzbekistan through Kyrgyzstan. It can be extended to West Asia and South Asia in the future.
