Currently, China is facing important tasks such as revising the Anti Money Laundering Law and conducting the fifth round of international mutual evaluation on China's anti money laundering work by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) next year. This high-end forum aims to build a platform, gather wisdom from all parties, gather strength from all parties, and jointly serve China's anti money laundering cause, to ensure the smooth revision of the Anti Money Laundering Law and better welcome the fifth round of international mutual evaluation conducted by FATF on China's anti money laundering work. Guo Li stated that this year marks the 120th anniversary of the establishment of the Law discipline at Peking University. For a long time, Peking University Law has always been a strong promoter of China's rule of law construction and a steadfast defender of China's national security. In the new era, the Party and the state attach great importance to financial security and regard it as an important component of the overall national security concept. Zhang Xiaojin, based on the actual work of procuratorial work, exchanged experiences and practices of procuratorial organs in the new era to ensure high-quality development of finance by accurately understanding and grasping the current situation of anti money laundering work, strengthening responsibility, fully playing the role of financial crime procuratorial functions, punishing and preventing money laundering crimes in accordance with the law, and further effectively cracking down on money laundering crimes from three perspectives.
