On this basis, government departments select officers and soldiers with expertise in image recording, video editing, and comic drawing, and combine collected case materials to shoot short videos and produce anime works through scene reproduction and other methods, and use this as the main content to form an "educational resource package" to assist grassroots units in carrying out political education. "The 'Education Resource Package' contains over a hundred typical cases, which can be used by grassroots political instructors for lesson preparation and teaching."
