Such advanced materials are jointly researched and developed by the research institute and leading enterprises in sub fields such as polymers and metal materials. Sun Mingyue, Vice President of the research institute, said that there are more than 100 enterprises that have carried out joint innovation with the Changcai Institute. The modernization of industries is the expansion and optimization of the industrial chain. In the workshop, there are precision manufactured hydrogen storage bottles, and outside the workshop, there are well-equipped hydrogen refueling stations. Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Technology Equipment Co., Ltd., located in Zhangjiagang, has been committed to the research and development of core equipment for the entire industry chain of "production, storage, transportation, processing, and use" for many years, filling the market gap of high-pressure refueling, large volume vehicle mounted hydrogen supply systems, and large-scale liquid hydrogen production storage and transportation equipment, and continuously improving and expanding the hydrogen energy industry chain. In Suzhou High Speed Rail New City, the "autonomous driving" industry chain is accelerating its extension from "smart cars" and "smart roads" to "flexible networks". Suzhou Zhijia Technology Co., Ltd. obtained the first autonomous driving license for operating trucks in China in 2018, and currently, hundreds of Zhijia heavy-duty trucks are on the road. Entering the Kunshan Metaverse Industrial Park, wearing the AR helmet developed by Liangfengtai (Kunshan) Information Technology Co., Ltd., you will see a digital twin world - the machinery and equipment in the factory are marked with real-time operating parameters and status, and when encountering faults, information can be shared with experts in real time for online collaborative disposal. It is understood that Kunshan has gathered 68 key metaverse enterprises, with 95 under construction or planned metaverse projects, creating 17 metaverse application scenarios, covering multiple fields such as smart cities, cultural and sports tourism, smart education, and industrial manufacturing. Driven by innovation, the industrial chain is expanding into clusters and digitalization, and Suzhou's industrial structure is constantly optimizing. In 2023, Suzhou achieved a total industrial output value of 4434.39 billion yuan above designated size, of which strategic emerging industries accounted for 41.3% of the total industrial output value above designated size. In the first quarter of this year, the output value of high-tech industries accounted for 50.2% of the total output value of Suzhou's large-scale industries. The relevant person in charge of Suzhou stated that with the fields of photonics, the Internet of Vehicles, and the metaverse as new tracks, Suzhou is accelerating the development of new quality productivity according to local conditions, actively building a "1030" industrial system consisting of 10 industrial clusters and 30 industrial chains, and creating a high-quality development "smart city".
