On May 25th, during the 7th Digital China Construction Summit, the 2024 Intelligent Computing Cloud Ecological Conference and Intelligent Computing Cloud Forum were held in Fuzhou. At the meeting, Tianyi Cloud, together with China Information and Communication Research Institute and other industry partners, jointly launched the "Computing Power Interconnection and Dispatching Management Service Plan for the Neighborhood Region and the Action to Lighten up Computing Power Internet in the Neighborhood City", aiming to achieve multi-level computing power interconnection and efficient scheduling through multi resource sharing and complementary advantages, and promote the acceleration of the formation of a national integrated computing system. The computing power distribution network platform "Xirang" independently developed by Tianyi Cloud can gather and perceive multiple computing power in real-time, including general computing, intelligent computing, supercomputing, and edge computing. It can uniformly manage and schedule computing power across service providers, regions, and architectures, achieving efficient matching of computing power supply and demand. This conference marks a new upgrade of the "Xirang" platform. In terms of computing power access capabilities, "Xirang" pioneered computing power plugins, developed computing power gateways, and established a computing power measurement system; In terms of computing power service capabilities, research and development of arithmetic collaboration, implementation of AI guidance, and breakthroughs in multi-level computing power scheduling technology. Based on the "neighborhood", Tianyi Cloud creates a regional computing Internet platform, cooperates with regional computing management and operation organizations, breaks the tripartite barriers of computing demand, supply and operation, and realizes the convergence, flow and sharing of computing resources.
