The third National Procuratorate Case Management Business Competition, organized by the Case Management Office of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, was held from May 28th to 31st in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. After multiple rounds of selection, a total of 33 teams and 99 contestants from the national procuratorial organs participated in the competition. It is reported that the Supreme People's Procuratorate held the first and second National Prosecutorial Case Management Business Competitions in 2016 and 2020 respectively, selecting and cultivating a large number of outstanding case management talents, which has played a good demonstration and driving role. This business competition is divided into two stages: preliminary and final. The preliminary round is closely related to the highly informationized work of prosecutorial business management. The comprehensive business knowledge exam, prosecutorial business data analysis and judgment exam, case quality evaluation exam, and business supervision skills exam are conducted in the form of computer-based exams. The exam questions are based on practical experience, practical application, and practical application. The main focus is on comprehensively testing the main business knowledge and abilities of case management, such as prosecutorial business data analysis and judgment, case quality evaluation, and case process monitoring. The top 50 contestants in the preliminary round will enter the finals. The final is a live defense, where contestants report and defend based on the given questions. The main assessment is the contestant's comprehensive case management skills, logical thinking ability, and language expression ability. This competition will select 10 "National Prosecutorial Case Management Business Models", 40 "National Prosecutorial Case Management Business Experts", and 5 "Excellent Organizational Units". The head of the Supreme Prosecutor's Office stated that this business competition integrates "learning, training, competition, and evaluation", aiming to promote learning and practice through competition, and select outstanding case management talents with high political quality, deep theoretical foundation, and strong professional abilities.
