The most fundamental and urgent task to achieve socialist modernization is to further liberate and develop social productive forces. At this symposium, General Secretary took promoting economic system reform as an example to further explain how to highlight the key points of reform. The economic foundation determines the superstructure, and the reform of the economic system leads the whole body and has a significant impact on reforms in other fields.
