The propaganda of the ideological and cultural front should enhance the sense of responsibility and mission, hold high the cultural banner of the CPC in the new era, shoulder the new cultural mission, and promote the cultural construction of the new era to create new situations. To deepen cultural exchanges and mutual learning, implement global civilization initiatives, and better gather consensus on civilizations. The theme of this forum is "Chinese path to modernization and new cultural mission", which is hosted by the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee.
