MOOC, marked by large-scale open online learning, is one of the important carriers of digital education. Through the advanced planning and strong guidance of the Chinese government, and after more than ten years of unremitting efforts, the goal of everyone learning, learning everywhere, and learning at all times has been basically achieved, greatly expanding the boundaries of education. With the rise of the short video economy and the iterative upgrading of mobile terminals, recorded and broadcasted MOOCs have played a significant role in higher education and continuing education, as well as in basic education, especially in primary and secondary school teaching and research. Both short video courses and live courses have played a significant role in social education and have produced good results. It can be said that with the solid platform formed by MOOCs, the concept of lifelong learning for all is becoming a reality. The massive amount of MOOCs and video resources provide endless "new materials" for the current educational transformation. How to combine the two and create a new form of education that is more in line with educational principles, laws, and spirit is the mission of education in the era of digital intelligence. In the era of digital intelligence, education not only continuously innovates teaching scenarios and improves teaching quality and efficiency with the support of massive resources and convenient terminals, but also leads to a sharp increase in the number of learners and learning frequency; Through artificial intelligence empowering education, AI growth assistants, AI life mentors and other means, a good social scene has been achieved where everyone can learn, everyone is eager to learn, and everyone enjoys learning.
