The reporter learned that the Craftsman AI Big Model Achievement Conference was recently held in Guiyang City, Guizhou Province. At the meeting, Craftsman GPT2.0, a large-scale AI model for craftsmen, was launched, dedicated to meeting the needs of government, enterprises, human resources companies, and job seekers, and helping to solve problems such as difficult employment and recruitment. CraftsmanGPT2.0 can intelligently match job seekers according to the recruitment needs of enterprises, and can also intelligently generate job resumes for job seekers and match corresponding recruitment information. Job seekers can train their interview skills through the large model intelligent interview module or conduct simulated interviews. The big model will evaluate and score based on the interview situation, for personnel department staff to screen job seekers. It is reported that CraftsmanGPT2.0 is jointly developed by the Artificial Intelligence (Big Model) Joint R&D Center of the School of Information Science and Technology of Xiamen University and Guizhou Gongjiangxing Technology Co., Ltd. It has five core applications: AI recruitment, AI job search, AI intelligent interview, human resources AI assistant, and legal AI assistant. Professor Zhang Zhongnan from the School of Information at Xiamen University stated that CraftsmanGPT2.0 adopts advanced artificial intelligence technology and deep learning algorithms.
