Shi Jinghua, who is 59 years old this year, is from Fengzhuang Village, Wei County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province. As a provincial-level inheritor of the national intangible cultural heritage of Weixian Luan Dan, she is committed to the protection, inheritance, and development of Luan Dan art, and has trained more than 100 Luan Dan practitioners. Weixian Luan Tan is a multi tone drama genre that originated in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties and was mainly popular in the Weixian area. In 2008, Weixian Luanqiang was listed as a representative project of national intangible cultural heritage. 40 years ago, there were very few actors left to sing the random play in Weixian. Shi Jinghua was determined to pass on the tradition of Weixian random play and not let this ancient genre disappear. Shi Jinghua and his companions excavated the chaotic drama, led the actors in public welfare performances, and told the stories of intangible cultural heritage to students, making every effort to inherit and protect the chaotic music in Weixian.
