The National Youth Drama Writers Training Class, jointly organized by the Literary and Art Bureau of the Central Propaganda Department and the Chinese Dramatists Association, has officially opened in Beijing recently. The National Youth Drama Writers Training Class has opened in Beijing. At the opening ceremony, Liu Hanjun, Director of the Literature and Art Bureau of the Central Propaganda Department, stated that in order to promote the prosperity of traditional Chinese opera creation in the new era, we attach great importance to the core role of "the foundation of one drama". We hope that through this concentrated learning and training, students can further clarify their adherence to correct values and creative orientation, and shoulder new cultural missions; Pay attention to social practice and create new classics in the new era; Adhere to artistic ideals and strive to be a literary and artistic worker with both moral and artistic qualities. Explore and summarize the regular understanding of the creation of traditional Chinese opera in the new era, identify common problems faced, and clarify the direction of efforts, further promoting the creation of traditional Chinese opera in the new era to a new level. It is reported that this training class integrates various forms of course arrangements, including cultural policy guidance, creative situation analysis, lectures by famous artists, sharing of typical cases of famous artists, exchange of creative management experience, creative seminars and observation inspections. 40 representative young opera screenwriters from all over the country were selected as students, mainly from the "80s" and "90s" generation, with an average age of 38 years old, and the youngest student was 25 years old. This training class will continue until May 21st. The organizer will also adopt a tracking and training approach for the trainees who participate in the training in the later stage, paving the way for their sustainable development and growth.
