On May 8, the Supreme People's Procuratorate officially launched the activity of "famous jurists entering the procuratorate" in the Xizang Branch of the National Procuratorate College. The demand for this lecture was put forward by the Procuratorate of the Xizang Autonomous Region. The Political Department of the Supreme People's Procuratorate invited the teachers of "famous jurists into procuratorial work" to give lectures on the spot, focusing on solving the practical problems such as the lack of procuratorial education resources in Tibet and the urgent need to further improve the professional quality of the procuratorial team. As the "first speaker" of this event, Huang Wenyi stated that "bringing famous legal teachers to the procuratorate" is a major measure to implement the "Opinions on Strengthening Legal Education and Legal Theory Research in the New Era", deepen cooperation between procuratorates and schools, and build a collaborative education and research mechanism. It provides an important channel for face-to-face communication between legal experts and procuratorial personnel, allowing legal teaching and research to draw more vivid practical resources from the front line of procuratorial work, helping law schools fully understand the new situation, new problems, and new needs of procuratorial work, and promoting more in-depth, pragmatic, and effective cooperation between procuratorates and schools. He suggested that on the basis of strict selection standards for teaching staff, "entering the prosecution" should become a series of brand activities, such as organizing legal experts to conduct special research in the procuratorial organs, partnering with procuratorial practice experts to carry out collaborative research projects, etc., to help the level of procuratorial theory research "reach a higher level". Next, the Supreme People's Procuratorate will regularly carry out the "Law Masters in Prosecutors" activity, fully leveraging the role of the theoretical research "think tank" and practical training "coaching group" of incoming teachers, inviting them to participate in the research of prosecutorial theory and the development of prosecutorial professional courses.
