Outside the wooden house of the post station, spring snow is falling and the sea of clouds is vast. The couple of the two heads of state sat by the window, gazing at the mountains and enjoying local delicacies. They discussed the world's ups and downs and had strategic discussions on important issues in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. As a result, Chinese people have a strong sense of patriotism, particularly valuing and cherishing national unity. Many overseas Chinese have lived abroad for many years and still hold a deep patriotic sentiment, sincerely proud of the continuous development and growth of their motherland. During my visit, I often saw many overseas Chinese and international students spontaneously waiting for welcome along the way. Now China has achieved its first centenary goal, and I believe that through the continuous efforts of the Chinese people, China will surely achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Although China and France belong to Eastern and Western civilizations with different values and social systems, they both value cultural exchange and mutual learning. Both sides can reconcile but differ, and through dialogue and cooperation, make new contributions to world peace and development as well as human progress. China is willing to strengthen cultural exchanges with France and Europe, continuously deepen economic and trade cooperation, enhance mutual understanding, and consolidate and inherit the stories of friendship between the Chinese, French, and European peoples. Macron said that I left a deep and beautiful impression on last year's visit to China, especially the Guangzhou Songyuan meeting. The current international situation is full of uncertainty, and it is crucial for Europe to maintain strategic autonomy and unity. It is also crucial for Europe to develop good relations with China and strengthen bilateral and multilateral cooperation. Both France and China are permanent members of the United Nations Security Council.
