The Second Sino French Global Governance Forum was held in Paris

The second China France Global Governance Forum was held in Paris, France on the 2nd. More than 100 experts from the two countries participated in in-depth discussions and exchanges on the theme of "Deepening Global Governance Reform and Jointly Building a Multilateralist Future". Former French Prime Minister Fabius stated in his speech at the conference that the core of the consensus between France and China on global governance reform is multilateralism. Currently, a multipolar world faces challenges in areas such as security, economy, and environment, and multilateralism is an effective solution. Both France and China practice true multilateralism, which will benefit the world. The two countries should work together to address global challenges. The attending experts conducted in-depth discussions on four topics: "Building and Maintaining Peace," "Technological Innovation and Development," "Low Carbon Sustainable Development," and "Exchange and Mutual Learning of Multiple Civilizations." They unanimously agreed that in order to improve global governance, true multilateralism must be practiced and the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind should be promoted. The second China France Global Governance Forum was guided by the State Council Information Office and the China Foreign Languages and Culture Bureau, and jointly hosted by the Contemporary China and the World Research Institute and the China Europe America Global Initiative.
