The relevant person in charge of the Environmental Food and Drug Investigation Detachment of Baotou Public Security Bureau introduced that the "Intellectual Property Police Service Station" of the rare earth industry integrates various forces such as public security, procuratorates, courts, and market supervision, and establishes a rapid response mechanism for intellectual property protection with the main functions of real-time collection of enterprise demands, joint punishment of infringement behaviors, and interconnection of criminal clues. It aims to break down departmental barriers and gather collaborative forces, playing a positive role in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and safeguarding economic and social development. The Baotou Public Security Bureau will continue to adhere to the principle of coordinated governance between police and enterprises, establish an interactive platform between police and enterprises through the "Intellectual Property Police Service Station" in the rare earth industry, establish a "online+offline" real-time contact feedback mechanism, and facilitate two-way information exchange channels. Determine the list of enterprises and key enterprises that are vulnerable to intellectual property infringement in the rare earth industry, and continuously strengthen the key protection of specialized, refined, and innovative enterprises in the rare earth industry, as well as self owned key core technology enterprises. By relying on the "project police chief" to equip enterprises with intellectual property police liaison officers, establish and improve mechanisms for judicial joint meetings, cooperation consultations, and execution coordination for intellectual property protection, and form a personalized protection system of "one enterprise, one police, and multiple mechanisms". Regularly carry out promotional activities for enterprises, popularize legal knowledge related to intellectual property to enterprises, guide the development of related businesses, and solve practical difficulties.
