Over the past 10 years, within the framework of the China Latin America Forum, friendly cooperation in various fields between China and Latin America has flourished, promoting a new era of equality, mutual benefit, innovation, openness, and benefiting the people in China Latin America relations. I am pleased to see that in recent years, China Latin America aerospace cooperation has yielded fruitful results. Both sides have continuously made new progress in cooperation in remote sensing satellites, communication satellites, and deep space station networks, playing an important role in promoting scientific and technological progress, strengthening regional connectivity, and enhancing people's well-being. China is willing to work with Latin American and Caribbean countries, starting from the first China Latin America Space Cooperation Forum, to build a high-level China Latin America space cooperation partnership, promote better benefits of space technology to both peoples, and continue to promote the construction of a community with a shared future between China and Latin America. The first China Latin American and Caribbean Countries Space Cooperation Forum opened in Wuhan, Hubei on the same day, jointly hosted by the National Space Administration of China and the People's Government of Hubei Province.
