Meanwhile, Article 5 of the Copyright Law stipulates that this Law does not apply to: (1) laws, regulations, resolutions, decisions, orders of state organs, and other documents of legislative, administrative, and judicial nature, as well as their official translations; (2) Simple factual information; (3) Calendar, universal number tables, universal tables, and formulas.
