Accelerating the transformation of technological achievements, practical measures are being taken in various regions. Only by transforming scientific and technological achievements into practical technologies that can be applied to the front line can we promote the development of new productive forces, unleash the power to drive innovation, and promote the construction of a modern industrial system, providing strong support for achieving high-level technological self-reliance and high-quality development. A new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation is in the ascendant, and the subjects and methods of transforming scientific and technological achievements are becoming increasingly diverse. How to achieve deep integration of innovation chain, industry chain, capital chain, and talent chain, and inject fresh water into accelerating the development of new quality productivity, is an important proposition. From a practical perspective, it is necessary for all social entities to work together, focus on the difficulties and bottlenecks in innovation supply, institutional norms, policy guarantees, etc., further highlight the position of enterprises as the main body of scientific and technological innovation, innovate talent training models, promote deep integration of industry, academia, and research, and continuously promote the transformation of scientific and technological innovation from a "key variable" to an "effective increment" of new quality productivity. In the "China Optics Valley" in Wuhan, Hubei Province, industries such as electronic information, biological health, and artificial intelligence are constantly gathering. Local policies such as "unveiling rankings and leading the way" and "innovation points" are used to encourage and guide enterprises to innovate and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Currently, facing the development opportunities of "artificial intelligence+", we should vigorously support and cultivate a group of innovative enterprises with outstanding core technological capabilities and strong integrated innovation capabilities, accelerate the development of new technologies, new industries, and new models, and inject strong momentum into the effective transformation of original scientific and technological achievements. Even in traditional fields, driving technological and institutional innovation based on the needs of enterprises is a key link in achieving high-quality development.
