On the morning of April 17th, the National Public Interest Litigation Procuratorate Military Civilian Cooperation Work Conference was held in Hengyang City, Hunan Province. Zhang Xueqiao, Deputy Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, and Chen Xi, Deputy Prosecutor General of the Military Procuratorate of the People's Liberation Army, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Ye Xiaoying, Secretary of the Party Group and Prosecutor General of the Hunan Provincial Procuratorate, delivered speeches. We should be problem oriented, increase the intensity of case handling, improve the accuracy and standardization of case handling, and improve the modern case handling concept and mechanism of public interest litigation. We must continuously deepen military civilian procuratorial cooperation with the goal of "handling every case with high quality and efficiency", make full use of the existing legal system, handle the case handling relationship between new and traditional fields, and better serve the preparation for war. All levels of procuratorial organs should improve their ability to discover and screen clues, strengthen cooperation and cooperation in investigation and evidence collection, case analysis and judgment, and enhance the professionalism of case handling. Chen Xi pointed out that the vivid practice of cooperation between military and civilian procuratorial organs has accumulated valuable experience and further deepened the understanding of the regularity of military civilian cooperation work. To consolidate ideological consensus, continuously strengthen the political responsibility of military civilian cooperation, focus on mission tasks, accurately anchor the focus of military civilian cooperation, based on the needs of the military to cooperate in case handling, improve the cooperation mechanism, adhere to a systematic concept, cooperate in fulfilling duties, and work together in the same direction, solve cross military civilian governance problems with a new legal method of public interest litigation, and actively improve the quality and efficiency of military civilian cooperation. National People's Congress deputies Gu Qingyue, Chen Jinlan, and Hou Changling were invited to attend the meeting.
