The notice requires education administrative departments in various regions to comprehensively investigate the content of existing compulsory education enrollment policies and measures in their respective regions, and resolutely correct or abolish relevant regulations and practices that do not comply with the spirit and requirements of national policies. The key points include: whether the school's enrollment scope is scientific and reasonable, whether the mechanism for dividing the enrollment scope of new schools and corresponding schools in new residential areas is complete, and whether clear enrollment policies or transitional period policies for private to public schools have been formulated; Whether the education administrative departments at the provincial and municipal levels, universities, and research institutions affiliated compulsory education schools are fully incorporated into local enrollment management and implement unified enrollment policies. In addition, according to the notice requirements, education administrative departments in various regions should actively strengthen information disclosure and increase the transparency of enrollment and enrollment work; Further optimize registration and computer allocation work, facilitate the enrollment process, and reduce the burden on the public.
