Every year, he would make a piece of art for the Chinese New Year and give it to his family and friends as a gesture of blessings. At the event, the Consulate General of Uruguay in Shanghai and Xiaoshan District respectively conducted cultural and tourism promotion. Uruguayan Consul General in Shanghai, Marcelo Malone, stated that in September 2021, Hangzhou signed a memorandum of friendship and cooperation with the Uruguayan capital Montevideo, which has deepened the friendship. And he himself has also witnessed the development of the city of Hangzhou.
