On the morning of the 10th, the world's first modular commercial small nuclear reactor, Linglong 1, successfully installed its first distributed control system (DCS) cabinet, marking the official entry of the Linglong 1 distributed control system into the on-site installation phase, laying a solid foundation for subsequent work such as the availability of the main control room. Distributed control systems are referred to as the "nerve center" of nuclear power plant operation. The DCS of "Linglong No.1" adopts China's independent intellectual property rights of the Dragon Scale Platform (safety level) and Dragon Fin Platform (non safety level). The Dragon Scale platform can achieve reactor safety control under various working conditions, ensuring the safe operation of nuclear power plants; The Dragon Fin Platform is responsible for the operation and management of nuclear power plants, and is an important guarantee for the efficient and economic operation of nuclear power plants. The two platforms jointly control the operation of hundreds of subsystems and nearly ten thousand devices in the nuclear power plant. The first dragon fin platform cabinet in place this time is a non safety level control system developed by CNNC Control System Engineering Co., Ltd. specifically for large-scale nuclear facilities such as nuclear power plants. This platform inherits and develops the nuclear power instrumentation and control experience and key technologies accumulated by China National Nuclear Corporation over the years, integrating the latest advanced technologies such as data acquisition, process control, large-scale networking, fieldbus, and information management, to meet the high reliability and safety requirements of nuclear facilities.
