The plan specifies that the construction task is divided into three aspects: national cultural heritage protection and inheritance, national natural heritage protection and exhibition, and display of modern Chinese civilization, and sets screening standards. In terms of national cultural heritage protection and inheritance, including the protection and improvement of historical and cultural cities and neighborhoods, as well as the protection and utilization of national key cultural relics, archaeological excavations, and the construction of archaeological specimen warehouses in key areas. We need to support the construction of major projects related to the "Chinese Civilization Exploration Project", "Archaeological China" project, and the construction of national cultural parks, including important sites and relics protection and management facilities, museums, research buildings, archaeological laboratories, cultural relics warehouses, exhibition venues, etc. Support the protection and display of World Cultural Heritage (including preparatory) and national key cultural relics protection units, including the construction of facilities for the protection and utilization, safety protection, exhibition and display, and open services of ancient buildings, important grotto temples, large sites, cultural relics themed trails, revolutionary cultural relics, and national archaeological site parks (including listed and approved units). Support the construction of national key thematic museums and site museums in areas with abundant cultural relics resources and profound cultural heritage. Support the construction of specimen warehouses for archaeological institutions in key areas, including infrastructure such as warehouses, cultural relic restoration sites, laboratories, testing rooms, archives, information databases, necessary supporting facilities, and environmental remediation. In terms of national natural heritage protection and display, including the construction of natural science popularization facilities such as national parks and the protection and display of important natural heritage sites. We should combine the spatial layout of national parks, support the construction of facilities such as natural education, science popularization and education, exhibition and display in national parks (including their creation), and focus on presenting the effectiveness of the construction of a nature reserve system with national parks as the main body. Support the construction of facilities for the protection and exhibition of the dual heritage of world culture and nature. Support the construction of facilities such as national natural parks, world natural heritage sites (including reserves), and scenic spots for protection and management, education and exhibition, visitor services, nature education, and scientific research monitoring. Support the construction of smart management, tourist services, tourism transportation and other facilities in key natural scenic spots. In terms of showcasing the modern civilization of the Chinese nation, including the construction of supporting propaganda and education facilities for major national weapons and the construction of major public cultural facilities. We should support the construction of contemporary themed museums that reflect the great rejuvenation process of the Chinese nation and the achievements of the Party and state construction.
