Li Qiang emphasized that in order to consolidate and enhance the positive trend of economic recovery, it is necessary to grasp the refinement and implementation of the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference and the Two Sessions of the People's Republic of China, and promote the accelerated implementation and effectiveness of various deployments. We must continue to consolidate our foundation and cultivate our strength, coordinate stable growth and growth momentum, give full play to the leading role of policies, further stimulate the vitality of business entities, and enhance the endogenous driving force of development. To strengthen the combination effect, enhance the consistency of macroeconomic policy orientation, and systematically solve some key and difficult problems. We should focus on precise policy implementation, seize the key contradiction between technological innovation promoting industrial innovation and insufficient effective demand, and enhance the effectiveness of macro policy transmission and implementation at the micro level.
