The military "package" lays a solid foundation for enhancing combat effectiveness

In early spring, there is still a hint of coolness in the air, but the military training ground of a certain brigade of the 75th Group Army is filled with a lively scene. "Prepare, start!" Upon hearing the examiner's command, two soldiers, Zhang Zhenpeng and Fan Hongyan, standing at the starting point, cooperated and ran towards the finish line 50 meters away, lifting their ammunition boxes. After being neatly stacked, they immediately returned to the starting point to transport the next box of ammunition. After four rounds of transporting ammunition boxes, the two of them rushed across the finish line panting heavily. "Stop! Excellent results." As company commander Hou Kai reported the results, the whole class burst into enthusiastic applause - after more than two months of physical training, the ammunition class achieved excellent results in this professional assessment. Previously, Zhang Zhenpeng achieved an excellent result of 11 minutes and 32 seconds in the 3000 meter race, but his performance in the pull-up course was not ideal. However, the ammunition squad he is in has high requirements for upper limb strength and explosive power, and there is still a considerable gap between Zhang Zhenpeng's physical reserves and the requirements of his major. In this brigade, there are still many officers and soldiers like Zhang Zhenpeng. The previous unified training method was difficult to meet the professional needs of officers and soldiers in conducting major tasks such as live combat and live fire shooting, which hindered the improvement of combat effectiveness. To this end, the brigade has developed 15 different intensity military "packages" based on the professional needs of each branch, distinguishing four training contents: strength, speed, explosive power, and endurance. Officers and soldiers can flexibly choose corresponding military "packages" for specialized training based on their professional requirements and physical foundation. With the implementation of the new Army Military Training Program, many professional course performance standards have been adjusted. Thread splicing is one of the more difficult courses in the wired profession, requiring reference personnel to use tactical movements such as snake running and jumping at a distance of 100 meters, and to complete thread splicing three times in three positions: standing, lying, and kneeling. This requires high explosive power from soldiers. According to the new outline, the completion standard for this course has been increased by nearly 4 minutes. "The stricter standards have put higher demands on our physical fitness. Therefore, class monitor He Linfeng and military sports instructor Liu Zhongyan have jointly developed a set of group training" packages ": completing 1-3 times of horizontal bar practice with a weight of 10kg;"; Complete 3-5 times with 50kg of leg kick on the horizontal frame; Complete 1-3 times of barbell press with a weight of 70kg; Kettlebell lifting and lifting 20kg for 1~3 times... Complete 2~6 groups of contents, adjust for 30 seconds after completing each item, adjust for 1 minute after completing each group to stretch and relax, and warm up for 5~10 minutes before training. After a period of training, the explosive power and endurance of the class members have significantly improved. In a recent test, the entire class achieved good or above results. Military physical training is more in line with the requirements of military training and preparedness, and sufficient physical reserves have also laid a solid foundation for improving combat effectiveness. Not long ago, the brigade organized a mass martial arts competition among professionals, and set a new record for 5 courses. (Lai Xin She)
