The connotation is complete and responds to the concerns of the times. In today's world, the international community is facing serious peace and security deficits, regional security hotspots are emerging one after another, and local conflicts and turmoil are frequent. What kind of security concept the world needs and how countries can achieve common security have become the issue of the times before everyone. China has put forward a global security initiative, systematically explaining its position and proposition of promoting world security and maintaining world peace and tranquility, which is to respond to the most prominent and urgent international security concerns at present, and contribute Chinese wisdom, solutions, and strength to solving the dilemma of human security. The global security initiative system is complete and rich in content, with the "Six Adherences" as its core essence. Among them, adhering to the concept of common, comprehensive, cooperative, and sustainable security is the guiding principle, respecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all countries is the basic premise, adhering to the purposes and principles of the United Nations Charter is the fundamental principle, attaching importance to the reasonable security concerns of all countries is an important principle, adhering to the peaceful resolution of differences and disputes between countries through dialogue and consultation is the only way, and adhering to the coordinated maintenance of security in traditional and non-traditional fields is the rightful duty. The "Six Adherences" are interrelated and mutually reinforcing, forming an organic whole of dialectical unity. Effectively implementing and promoting security governance, China is not only the proposer of the global security initiative, but also the actor in implementing this major initiative. China adheres to the five principles of "mutual respect, openness and inclusiveness, multilateralism, mutual benefit and win-win, and overall planning and consideration", actively carries out bilateral and multilateral security cooperation with countries and international and regional organizations around the world, and contributes wisdom and strength to improving global security governance. Last year, China successively released two important documents, the Global Security Initiative Concept Paper and China's Position on Political Resolution of the Ukraine Crisis, providing a systematic approach and feasible measures to address current and future global security challenges. In March last year, China promoted the Beijing Agreement between Saudi Arabia and Iran, agreed to restore diplomatic relations, and sparked a wave of reconciliation in the Middle East, becoming a successful example of using global security initiatives to resolve differences and disputes. In April last year, China released the "China Position on Afghanistan" document, playing a positive and constructive role in maintaining regional prosperity and stability. In addition, in February last year, China and relevant countries jointly initiated the establishment of the Preparatory Office for the International Mediation Yuan, which will create an authoritative, trustworthy, efficient and professional international mediation institution. This is also another global security public product provided by China to the international community. China is also actively committed to cooperating with all parties in non-traditional security fields such as counter-terrorism, biology, the internet, food, and climate change. It has dispatched more than 50000 UN peacekeeping personnel and proposed the Global Artificial Intelligence Governance Initiative, promoting the adoption of the BRICS Food Security Cooperation Strategy and providing foreign medical assistance
