The All China Women's Federation, the Central Cyberspace Administration, the Ministry of Justice, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs recently jointly issued a notice to deploy the "Women's Law Popularization Rural Tour" activity, requiring a focus on the urgent needs of rural women for legal resources and services, deepening legal publicity and education for rural areas, bringing legal knowledge and rights protection services to rural women, creating a good atmosphere of respecting women and caring for children in the whole society, promoting the construction of rule of law rural areas, and helping to promote comprehensive rural revitalization. The notice emphasizes that the activity focuses on rural women, their children, and families, and carries out legal education and publicity around women's rights protection, protection of minors, and the establishment of new family customs. The activities will be carried out throughout the country, focusing on 160 national key counties for rural revitalization in 10 provinces, autonomous regions and cities in western China, as well as counties (cities and districts) in Xizang and Xinjiang supported by the overall policy of key counties for rural revitalization. The notice clearly states that the All China Women's Federation, the Central Cyberspace Administration, the Ministry of Justice, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs will choose five provinces to hold demonstration activities, adopting a "5+" model, which includes conducting an expert legal education lecture, a rural "legal understanding person" or a demonstration household lecture on the use of rural law, a local mass rule of law cultural activity, an on-site legal consultation service, and a series of themed legal education video exhibitions, which will be widely disseminated through new media on the internet. The notice requires that all regions and departments should organize and carry out distinctive and down-to-earth legal education and publicity activities based on their actual situation; We should seize important nodes and mobilize members of women's federations, legal education lecturers, female volunteers, rural "legal experts", and demonstration households in rural areas to carry out centralized publicity; To leverage the advantages of new media and carry out online publicity in a way that is popular among rural women; We should integrate legal education and publicity into rights protection services, and provide timely, convenient, high-quality, and efficient legal services for rural women, especially those in remote agricultural and pastoral areas.
