With the rapid development of the global economy and the continuous deepening of technological progress, intellectual property has gradually become an important indicator of the competitiveness of countries and enterprises. On March 15th, the National Courts held a teleconference to study and implement the spirit of the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. The conference called for a profound understanding that protecting intellectual property rights is protecting innovation, and protecting innovation is serving to accelerate the development of new productive forces. Judicial protection and regulation should be coordinated, and active performance and service should be emphasized. Value orientation should be conveyed through case trials, guiding enterprises to invest more energy and resources in innovative development, and continuously injecting judicial momentum to accelerate the development of new productive forces.
