The overall myopia rate among children and adolescents in our country is showing a downward trend, and the trend of myopia becoming younger has been alleviated. Monitoring data also shows that in 2022, among students who are already nearsighted, 53.3%, 37.0%, and 9.7% are light, medium, and high myopia, respectively, with a decrease in the proportion of high myopia; The overall myopia rates in primary, middle, and high schools are 36.7%, 71.4%, and 81.2%, respectively.
