The reporter learned from the National Medical Insurance Administration that in March of this year, Inner Mongolia, Zhejiang, and Sichuan provinces will serve as pilot provinces for deepening the reform of medical service prices, based on five pilot cities in Tangshan, Hebei, Suzhou, Jiangsu, Xiamen, Fujian, Ganzhou, Jiangxi, and Leshan, Sichuan. Previously, the National Medical Insurance Administration and other departments jointly issued the "Pilot Plan for Deepening Medical Service Price Reform", which clearly stated that through a pilot period of 3 to 5 years, we will explore the formation of replicable and promotable medical service price reform experiences. It is reported that in the past two years, the first five pilot cities have fully absorbed the core experience of the "Three Ming Medical Reform", focusing on important mechanisms such as total price control, classification management, dynamic adjustment, monitoring and evaluation of medical services for reform pilot. At present, five pilot cities have smoothly implemented two rounds of price adjustments according to the new mechanism, involving 1398 and 5076 medical service prices respectively. A batch of projects with low prices and high technical labor value have increased in price, including nursing, surgery, treatment, traditional Chinese medicine, etc. At the same time, the prices of inspection and testing projects with a high proportion of equipment and material consumption and significant cost impact have decreased.
