Advanced packaging technologies, such as using modified atmosphere packaging and biodegradable packaging materials, can not only further extend the shelf life of vegetables, but also reduce environmental pollution. Light preservation technology can inhibit the growth of harmful microorganisms in vegetables and promote the synthesis of beneficial substances through specific wavelength light treatment. In addition, by combining the preservation technology of vegetable products with information technology, we have improved the quality control accuracy and intelligence level of the new e-commerce vegetable supply chain, improved storage and transportation efficiency, and ensured the quality of vegetables Zhao Xiaoyan said.
