Implementing the requirements of "strengthening the construction of a rule of law based business environment", punishing various crimes that disrupt the order of the market economy in accordance with the law, solidly carrying out the special action of "prosecuting and protecting enterprises", focusing on strengthening the supervision of filing and investigation activities of economic crimes involving enterprises, seizing typical cases of using criminal means to intervene in civil disputes and illegally "seize and freeze" enterprise property, stabilizing social expectations and boosting market confidence through the rule of law.
