The meeting pointed out that the recently concluded Second Session of the 14th National People's Congress approved the Government Work Report, which clarified the goals and tasks for economic and social development throughout the year. All departments and units should enhance their sense of responsibility of being constantly at ease, effectively transform it into a sense of action with a clear understanding of everything, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all parties, further boost the entrepreneurial spirit of workers, and promote the implementation of various work. We need to refine the implementation measures and assign the responsibilities of various key tasks and departments to specific implementation methods and policy measures. To strengthen coordination and cooperation, the leading department should take the initiative to communicate and coordinate, and the participating departments should closely cooperate and support to ensure that they work together and form a joint force. We need to do a good job of supervision and inspection, strengthen daily scheduling, improve inspection methods, improve inspection efficiency, and promote the formation of a strong atmosphere of implementation at all levels. In accordance with the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee, we will comprehensively implement a new round of action to increase grain production capacity by 100 billion catties, solidly promote the use of grain in the land and technology, implement the task of increasing production by variety and regional distribution, plan and implement major supportive projects such as the construction of high standard farmland and the revitalization of the seed industry, and firmly grasp the initiative of food security. The meeting pointed out that promoting standard upgrading is of great significance for better meeting the needs of the people, assisting industrial transformation, and promoting high-quality development. We need to accelerate the revision of standards, fully solicit opinions from enterprises, consumers and other relevant parties, adhere to the principle of prioritizing urgent needs, and timely introduce mature standards. We need to strengthen supervision and inspection, improve supporting policies, and ensure the implementation of various standards. The meeting emphasized that the focus of work should be on improving the conditions for running schools, the quality of education, and the satisfaction of the people, continuously narrowing the gap in regional, urban-rural, inter school, and group education, and providing more fair and high-quality compulsory education. To adapt to population changes and the process of new urbanization, we need to proactively analyze changes in the demand for compulsory education, enhance the flexibility and adaptability of resource allocation, increase the tilt of fiscal funds towards weak links in compulsory education, and focus on filling the gaps in the development of compulsory education.
