Representative Wang Zugang: Domestic high-speed flying cars have completed full-scale superconducting electric suspension tests

The first domestic maglev test line with completely independent intellectual property rights, the high-speed flying car Datong (Yanggao) test line, has recently successfully completed a full-scale superconducting electric levitation test. On the 4th, Wang Zugang, a National People's Congress representative and deputy manager of the Shijiazhuang Project Department of China Railway Sixth Bureau Fengqiao Company, revealed this news to a reporter from Science and Technology Daily. High speed flying refers to the ultra high speed and low vacuum pipeline maglev transportation system, which has the characteristics of being faster, more convenient, more comfortable, safer, and more economically controllable. When the train is traveling in a specially designed vacuum pipeline enclosed environment, superconducting magnetic levitation technology will help the train detach from contact with the ground, greatly reducing friction and air resistance, thereby achieving "near ground flight" with a speed of over 1000 kilometers per hour. According to Wang Zugang, the full-scale superconducting electric suspension test completed on the Datong test line has verified key technologies such as the coupling dynamics analysis and control of the "vehicle pipe line" complex system, stable suspension of the mass superconducting spacecraft, high-power traction transmission, and collaborative control of the entire process safety. It has refreshed the maximum navigation speed of the domestic full-scale superconducting electric suspension, improved the overall technological maturity of the system, and laid a solid technical foundation for the subsequent high-speed test of high-speed vehicles. The next step will be to orderly carry out vacuum pumping and vacuum state racing tests. The Datong Test Line is located in Yanggao County, Datong City, Shanxi Province. The first phase of the project has a total length of 2 kilometers, and the vacuum pipeline is the main project of the test line, which is connected by several single pipelines. Each single section pipe beam has a diameter of 6.1 meters and a length of 30 meters. During construction, the overall geometric dimension error must be less than 2 millimeters to ensure that the internal of the pipe beam reaches a long-term vacuum state during operation.
