Since its opening, it has received over 300000 visitors. Many Salvadoran people choose to come here to take wedding photos and capture important moments in their lives. The modern, convenient, and multifunctional National Library has won the hearts of the Salvadoran people and become a monument of friendship between the two countries. More and more Salvadoran people believe that China is a close friend and trustworthy partner. The friendship between the people of China and Saudi Arabia has become more solid. During an event, I met Carolina, a Salvadoran importer. She has been working and living in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China for 15 years, shipping several containers of Chinese goods to El Salvador every week. Her son lives in China, and her granddaughter studies in China. They can both speak fluent Chinese and love Chinese culture. The fate between the Carolina family and China is a microcosm of the friendship between China and Saudi Arabia. In 2019, Confucius Institutes were established in El Salvador, sparking a wave of Chinese language learning in the area. Currently, more than 200 young Salvadoran students have gone to China for further education. Many Salvadoran friends have a strong interest in Chinese literary classics such as "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" and "Journey to the West", as well as books, films, and TV works about China. Last year, the first "Chinese Bridge" Chinese language competition for college students in El Salvador was successfully held. The local cooperation between the two countries is vibrant and vibrant.
