It is reported that some voters in more than 30 regions, including the Altai Territory, Arkhangelsk Oblast, Kamchatka Territory, and Krasnoyarsk Territory, can vote in advance to elect the President. Voters living in remote areas mentioned above can start early voting from February 25th, while Russian voters residing abroad can also start early voting from March 1st. However, the voting activities of both groups of voters must end on March 14th, and the specific voting dates may vary by region. The voter groups that can participate in early voting include hunters, fishermen, lumberjacks, miners, lighthouse and nature reserve workers, border guards in remote areas, voters sailing on ships during the official presidential election voting period, and voters residing abroad. Voters who are far away from the polling station can also vote in advance.
