Togolese President Faure said that in today's turbulent world, Africa's peace and development are facing new challenges, and China's support and strengthening of Africa China cooperation are even more needed. In the new era, China Africa cooperation is keeping pace with the times, improving its quality and upgrading, and presenting a broader prospect and brighter future. Currently, China is moving towards the second centenary goal, and Africa is also accelerating towards the beautiful vision outlined in the African Union's 2063 Agenda. In the new situation, China and Africa are working together to create a favorable environment for realizing their respective development visions and achieving mutual achievements, which is the trend and the aspiration of the people. Last August, during the 15th BRICS Leaders Meeting, a China Africa Leaders Dialogue was held. After the meeting, China released three measures, namely the Support for African Industrialization Initiative, China's Assistance for Agricultural Modernization in Africa Plan, and China Africa Talent Training Cooperation Plan, to support African integration and modernization construction. Over the years, China Africa cooperation has achieved fruitful results in accelerating the industrialization process on the African continent. From the Zambia China Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone, the China Egypt Teda Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone to the Djibouti International Free Trade Zone, from the Eastern Industrial Park in Ethiopia to the Hisense South Africa Industrial Park, and from the Tanzania Zambia Railway to the Inner Mongolia Railway, China actively shares development experiences in response to African needs and helps Africa explore effective paths to industrialization. In recent years, more and more African countries have taken the digital economy as a new engine to drive development. In countries such as Kenya and Nigeria, mobile payment platforms built by Chinese companies provide secure and convenient digital payment services to millions of users; Chinese e-commerce platforms allow many African people to sell specialty products to various parts of the world without leaving their homes. Zhang Xiangchen, Deputy Director General of the World Trade Organization, believes that China has always maintained close ties with Africa and is a natural partner for Africa to develop its digital economy and achieve modernization goals. China Africa cooperation accelerates the modernization of agriculture in Africa and helps African countries reduce poverty. In the past decade, China has established 24 agricultural technology demonstration centers in Africa, promoted more than 300 advanced and applicable technologies, and driven an average increase in local crop yields of 30% to 60%, benefiting over one million small farmers in African countries. China will also build a China Africa Tropical Agriculture Overseas Science and Technology Center, establish the China Africa Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Alliance, and build a number of China Africa Modern Agricultural Technology Exchange Demonstration and Training Joint Centers. In the next three years, it will train another 1000 agricultural science and technology and management personnel for Africa. From the Manbao Mosan Agricultural Park in Mozambique to Cotedi in West Africa
