It is understood that supply and marketing cooperatives will deepen comprehensive reforms in four aspects. ——Build a modern agricultural service system for supply and marketing cooperatives around serving to ensure national food security. Make every effort to ensure the supply of agricultural inputs, improve the mechanism for ensuring the supply of agricultural inputs, promote the acceleration of the establishment of a national agricultural input guarantee platform covering large-scale agricultural input production and circulation enterprises, and do a good job in the allocation and market supply of agricultural input reserves for important agricultural seasons. Promote the improvement and expansion of socialized agricultural services. ——Continuously improving the modern circulation service level of supply and marketing cooperatives around expanding domestic demand. Continuously promote the construction of the cold chain logistics system for agricultural products in supply and marketing cooperatives, actively promote the upgrading and transformation of the rural circulation service network throughout the system, and help smooth the two-way circulation between urban and rural areas. Cultivate circulation entities to better serve the construction of county-level commercial systems. Innovate circulation formats, actively promote the construction experience of the "Internet+Fourth Party Logistics" supply and marketing distribution system, and vigorously develop new formats such as central kitchen, direct supply and sales, instant delivery, and live streaming sales. Assist in consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation. ——Accelerate the improvement of grassroots organizational service capabilities of supply and marketing cooperatives to promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas in the county. Coordinate and integrate resources such as enterprises, grassroots cooperatives, and farmer cooperatives, create a comprehensive platform within the county to serve the production and life of farmers, and accelerate the formation of large-scale business services. Promote the development of county-level characteristic industries, guide agricultural product management enterprises, grassroots cooperatives, farmer cooperatives, etc. to build initial processing facilities for preservation, storage, grading, packaging, and other production areas, and promote standardization demonstration and brand building pilot projects. ——Continuously deepen the reform of social enterprises around enhancing core competitiveness and serving agriculture.
