The work exchange symposium on the implementation of the "Opinions of the Supreme People's Procuratorate on Fully Utilizing the Role of Prosecutors to Serve and Ensure the High Quality Development of Finance in accordance with the Law" (hereinafter referred to as the "Opinions"), sponsored by the Fourth Procuratorate of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and co organized by the Beijing Municipal Procuratorate and the Chaoyang District Procuratorate, was held in Beijing on January 26. The symposium set up five thematic units: high-quality and efficient prosecutorial performance to serve the overall financial situation, strengthening the construction of execution linkage mechanisms in the financial field, cracking down on black and gray industries in financial crimes throughout the entire chain, handling and risk disposal of major, difficult and complex financial crimes, and recovery and risk resolution of illegal fundraising cases. The attending prosecutors combined the theme, based on prosecutorial performance, shared their experiences and practices, and pointed out the current problems and difficulties they are facing, And propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions based on local realities. Officials from the Inspection Bureau, Anti Illegal Publications Bureau, and Regulations Department of the State Administration for Financial Regulation have proposed work ideas to further strengthen the coordination and linkage between financial regulatory departments and procuratorial organs. National People's Congress representative Tian Xuan, Professor Li Hong from the Law School of Tsinghua University, and Vice Dean and Professor Cheng Lei from the Law School of Renmin University of China gave comments on various topics. The convening of this symposium not only provides useful reference for promoting the implementation and rooting of the Opinion through in-depth discussions, but also further consolidates consensus, promotes the coordinated efforts of judicial organs, financial regulatory departments and other departments, and jointly contributes wisdom and strength to the construction of a financial power.
