On January 24th, at a school in the southern Gaza Strip city of Rafah, children participated in a child care activity organized by local volunteers. Since the outbreak of the new round of Palestinian Israeli conflict, local volunteers in the Gaza Strip have organized multiple activities to care for children and soothe their wounded hearts. The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) recently stated that 1.1 million children in the Gaza Strip are currently facing triple death threats, including an increase in disease cases, severe malnutrition, and an escalation of the Israeli Palestinian military conflict.
