The meeting emphasized that promoting comprehensive rural revitalization is the overall focus of the work on agriculture, rural areas, and farmers in the new era and new journey. We should anchor the goal of building an agricultural power, learn and apply the experience of the "Ten Million Project" to accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas and better promote the construction of Chinese path to modernization. We must prioritize the development of agriculture and rural areas, accelerate the construction of modern agriculture, comprehensively consolidate the foundation of food security, and promote rapid income growth for farmers through multiple channels. We must adhere to the main position of farmers, vigorously cultivate rural talents, and attract various types of talents to participate in rural revitalization. We need to deepen the construction of rural ecological civilization, accelerate the green transformation of development methods, and build livable, business friendly, and beautiful rural areas. The meeting pointed out that in recent years, the instant delivery industry has rapidly emerged and is playing an increasingly important role in promoting consumption, ensuring people's livelihoods, and expanding employment. We need to strengthen encouragement and guidance, further create a good business environment, and improve the development level and support and driving capacity of the industry. We need to urge enterprises to adhere to bottom lines such as food safety and distribution safety, strengthen the protection of labor rights, and promote the reduction of compliance operating costs for enterprises. The meeting emphasized the need to coordinate high-quality development and high-level security, with the deep integration of artificial intelligence and manufacturing as the main line, intelligent manufacturing as the main direction of attack, and scenario application as the traction, to accelerate the intelligent upgrading of key industries, vigorously develop intelligent products, empower the industrial manufacturing system at a high level, accelerate the formation of new productive forces, and provide strong support for the construction of a manufacturing power, a network power, and a digital China. The meeting emphasized the need to further improve and perfect the basic system of the capital market, pay more attention to the dynamic balance of investment and financing, vigorously improve the quality and investment value of listed companies, increase the entry of medium and long-term funds into the market, and enhance the inherent stability of the market. We need to strengthen the supervision of the capital market, have zero tolerance for illegal and irregular behavior, and create a standardized and transparent market environment. We need to take more powerful and effective measures, focusing on stabilizing the market and confidence. To enhance the consistency of macroeconomic policy orientation, strengthen innovation and coordination of policy tools, consolidate and enhance the positive trend of economic recovery, and promote the stable and healthy development of the capital market. The meeting decided to submit the draft Atomic Energy Law of the People's Republic of China and the revised draft Anti Money Laundering Law of the People's Republic of China to the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress for review.
