Appoint Cao Xiaolin as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the State of Qatar. 2、 Remove Guo Wei (female) from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Seychelles; Appoint Lin Nan (female) as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Seychelles. 3、 Remove Qi Mei (female) from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Equatorial Guinea; Appoint Wang Wengang as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Equatorial Guinea. 4、 Dismiss Zhou Ding from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Albania; Appoint Pang Chunxue (female) as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Albania. 5、 Dismiss Li Ming from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Solomon Islands; Appoint Cai Weiming as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Solomon Islands. 6、 Remove Chao Xiaoliang from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Independent State of Samoa; Appoint Fei Mingxing as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Independent State of Samoa. 7、 Remove Huang Yazhong from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Plurinational State of Bolivia; Appoint Wang Liang as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
