Accelerate the layout of digital new tracks, reshape new advantages in manufacturing industry
2024-01-17
In recent years, with the acceleration and widespread application of new generation information technologies such as the Internet, big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence, digital knowledge information has deeply integrated with the real economy, and human society has entered the era of digital economy. In the era of digital economy, data resources have become a key production factor alongside land, labor, capital, technology, etc. The widespread application of digital technology has brought about higher levels of specialized division of labor and flexible production. The production mode, organizational form, and spatial layout of the manufacturing industry have undergone significant changes. Digital transformation of production methods, networked collaboration, and intelligent transformation refers to the use of digital technology to transform or reshape the production and manufacturing process. Mainly in the stages of research and development design, production and processing, and business management, digital technology is introduced to incorporate production and business activities into digital information systems, guiding real production through virtual production. Currently, the digital transformation of China's manufacturing industry presents three prominent characteristics: firstly, the transformation speed is gradually accelerating, involving industries that have rapidly expanded from electronic information equipment manufacturing to the vast majority of industries; Secondly, the transformation field is gradually expanding, moving from digitalization of sales to digitalization of production and research and development. By the end of 2023, the CNC rate of key processes in industrial enterprises will be about 61%, and the popularization rate of digital research and development design tools will reach about 79%; The third is that there is still a lot of room for transformation. Currently, the degree of digitalization in the manufacturing industry is much lower than that in the service industry. For example, the proportion of manufacturing enterprises engaged in e-commerce transactions is still much lower than that in industries such as accommodation, catering, information services, sports and entertainment. Networked collaboration refers to the process of using information networks to break down boundary barriers within and between enterprises. Mainly through the use of information and communication technology networks, we promote the interconnection and interoperability of data and business between upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain and supply chain, achieving collaboration in design, production, service, and management. At present, there are two main characteristics of networked collaboration in China's manufacturing industry: firstly, it is in the stage of transitioning from intra enterprise collaboration to inter enterprise collaboration, with the proportion of intra enterprise collaboration exceeding 40%, but the proportion of inter enterprise collaboration is relatively low; The second is that industrial internet platforms play an important role in collaborative manufacturing, effectively gathering business entities in various links such as design, manufacturing, operation and maintenance, and supply chain. As of the end of 2023, China has built over 270 industrial internet platforms with certain influence, and the number of industrial equipment connections on key platforms is nearly 90 million. Intelligent transformation refers to the process of using intelligent machines to assist or even replace manual decision-making. Mainly introducing software and hardware systems and algorithms in production to improve decision-making efficiency and accuracy. At present, the intelligent transformation of China's manufacturing industry is in its early stage, presenting three characteristics: firstly, small and medium-sized enterprises are the driving force of intelligent transformation. According to the "Intelligent Manufacturing Maturity Index Report (2022)", as of the end of 2022, 37% of enterprises meet the national second level and above intelligent manufacturing capability maturity standards, an increase of 12 percentage points compared to 2020; The second is to use discrete intelligent manufacturing and process oriented intelligent manufacturing as the main modes. The former mainly introduces intelligent decision-making in different assembly processes, while the latter mainly optimizes the process from raw materials to finished products; The third is to use intelligent manufacturing demonstration factories as important carriers, in accordance with the expectations of the 14th Five Year Plan
