In recent years, the incidence rate has been rising. Professor Huang Hanyang: "breast cancer has become the world's highest incidence of malignant tumors in 2020, and the first place of female malignant tumors. Our country has always advocated early screening and early diagnosis. At present, the early screening diagnosis rate in Europe and the United States accounts for more than 20%, compared with us, we still have a long way to go." Professor Cai Zhenhai said: "The onset age of breast cancer in China is much lower than that abroad. According to our department's statistics, young breast cancer patients account for about 10% of the total breast cancer patients." Professor Zhang Guangyun: "As the general public, we need to do three things. First, we need to have a healthy lifestyle; second, we need to maintain a healthy diet and recommend a low-fat diet, choose high-quality protein, and eat less refined grains, red meat and processed meat, desserts, fried food, etc.; third, we need to be cautious about eating health care products." As a curable cancer, breast cancer passes early self-examination or regular physical examination. Being able to promptly detect suspicious lesions, intervene and treat them in advance, and maximize the chance of cure. As breast cancer enters the era of chronic disease management, what changes will be made in the current diagnosis and treatment? Professor Zhang Guangyun said: "As a representative of the long-lived tumor species, breast cancer is the first to enter the era of chronic disease management, and the needs of patients are also escalating. The needs of patients for returning to their families and society are becoming increasingly prominent. So many of our treatment concepts and drugs have also emerged, such as the" subcutaneous preparation "of trastuzumab, which just entered the medical insurance this year. Previously, hospitalization for targeted therapy would have taken several days. Now, if subcutaneous surgery is performed, the treatment can be completed in the outpatient department, which takes 5 minutes to complete. After another 15 minutes of observation, the patient can be discharged, greatly saving patient time and helping the hospital to free up bed resources, providing more patients in need, improving quality and efficiency, and assisting doctors
